Integrity Program

We, from the Magna Engenharia, through the Integrity Program, seek to conduct our business according to the highest ethical standards, adopting values and principles that, over time, have evolved into what we now call the Magna Culture.

To maintain these precepts of integrity, we publish our Code of Ethics and Conduct, establish policies and procedures, assess business risks and promote an ethical relationship with clients, suppliers and business partners.

Our Integrity Program also serves as a strong mechanism for preventing, detecting and remedying acts that violate or may violate the law, our Code of Ethics and Conduct and other internal corporate regulations related to the conduct of business.

We reinforce this commitment on a daily basis, so that everyone involved in Magna Engenharia's operations follows these same principles together, strengthening transparency and ethics, and thus collaborating towards an increasingly fair society.

Procedure

Our compliance system is made up of 3 basic pillars: prevention, detection and remediation of risks and misconduct, which are fundamental elements for promoting an ethical and transparent organizational culture.

Code of Ethics and Conduct

Inspired by our Management Values and Beliefs, Magna Engenharia's Code of Conduct represents our commitment to ethics and upstanding business conduct. It also highlights the essential elements that must be present in all the company's relationships, whether with its partners, clients, governments, the community or society.

The Code is made up of Ethical Principles and Conduct Guidelines. It constitutes a practical guide to the values considered fundamental by the company, presenting a set of broad guidelines that will serve as a benchmark to guide the actions and decisions of all employees, regardless of their hierarchical level.

Adherence to Magna Engenharia's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and compliance with the Principles and Guidelines set out therein are essential conditions for acting in the company. It also sets out the appropriate way to report suspicions or clear violations.

Communication and Transparency

With principles and values such as ethics, trust, credibility and sustainability, we are one of the first engineering companies in Brazil to adopt a Compliance Program.

We value the transparency of data with institutions and society as a whole, we carry out the best accounting and financial practices and procedures in business administration, guaranteeing the solidity and security of our consortium members, partners and clients.

We have adopted specific rules for day-to-day and ongoing dealings with public officials and politicians, in order to avoid the risks arising from relationships with the public sector, whether through acts of corruption, bid-rigging, the offering of gifts and undue advantages, always seeking transparency and integrity in these relationships.

Reporting Channel

Magna Engenharia has an anonymous and independent reporting channel, which employees, customers, suppliers or anyone interested can make a report and follow it up. This channel can be used to report violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and other company policies, non-compliance with any legislation and even reports of violence and harassment under Law 14.457/2022, regarding CIPA.
